1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for premium directory listings under the following conditions:
- Service Not Delivered: If the premium listing service you purchased has not been activated or displayed on our platform within five working days, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Technical Issues: If technical errors caused by We Build For prevent the proper delivery of the service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.
- Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly or for a service you did not purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund of the erroneous charge.
- Within reasonable time: Due to the nature of the business and services provided by We Build For; if, upon the premium listing service you purchased, your business is listed on We Build For as described, and either you confirmed that no further information change is required on your We Build For page, or you didn't reject the page prepared by We Build For within the timeframe described in the Terms of Service, you might not be eligible for a refund. However, such refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis soleby the discretion of We Build For.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for users who no longer wish to use the service after it has been delivered as agreed.
- User Errors: Mistakes in listing details provided by the user (e.g., incorrect business information) might be not eligible for a refund as this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Violation of Terms: If the premium listing violates our Terms of Service or is removed due to prohibited content, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- 1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@webuildfor.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include the following details: Your name, Transaction ID or proof of payment, and a detailed explanation of your refund request
- 2. Evaluation: We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Additional information may be requested to process your claim.
- 3. Resolution: If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. However, delays may occur based on your financial institution’s policies.
