We provide information to help users make connections but are not involved in subsequent communication, agreements, or engagements.

Free Listings and Job Board Consent

Users submitting free listings to the directory or job board:

• Accept that listings may be removed or modified at We Build For’s discretion without prior notice.

Job Board Consent

• Users acknowledge that We Build For does not guarantee visibility, placement, or outcomes from job postings.

Disclaimer

The We Build For website, and listings on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Accuracy of Materials

• Premium Listings: Payment details are processed securely through Polar, and We Build For does not store sensitive payment information.

Prohibited Uses

• Engage in scraping, automated data collection, or unauthorized access of We Build For data.

Refund Policy

Premium listings are eligible for refunds only under the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility Period:

• After payment and submission of the listing form, businesses have a 48-hour window from the time their page is shared for review to request a refund.
• Refunds requested within this 48-hour period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Case-by-Case Basis:

• Refund requests must provide a clear reason (e.g., incorrect listing, dissatisfaction with edits) for consideration.
• We Build For reserves the right to accept or deny the refund request based on the specifics of the case.

3. Non-Refundable After 48 Hours:

• Once the 48-hour review period has passed, refunds will not be issued.
• If no response is received during this time, the listing will be finalized and added to the directory as We Build For sees fit, with no further changes or refunds available.

4. Refund Process:

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@webuildfor.com within the eligibility period.
• Approved refunds will be processed through Polar, according to their policies and timelines.

This refund policy applies solely to premium listings. Free listings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

By submitting a listing and completing payment, businesses acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Modifications

We Build For reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to the current version of the Terms. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically.

Termination and Suspension

We Build For may suspend or terminate a listing if:

• There is credible evidence of fraudulent or unethical behavior.
• The listed party is found to be engaging in illegal activities.
• Free Listings: Free listings may be removed or suspended at We Build For’s discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes with We Build For shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, where the platform is based.
